- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related specialization. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of total experience in refinery process units, including experience in process engineering and operations.
- At least 10 years' experience in handling Delayed Coker / Visbreaker plants.
- Exposure to different licensor technologies for Thermal cracking Delayed Coker / Visbreaker is preferred.
