Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
Deep knowledge of structural design and civil engineering concepts.
Ability to analyse, design and implement construction projects in compliance with technical standards and regulations.
Ability to use engineering design and modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000 or ETABS.
Leadership and direction skills for the engineering team, distributing tasks, and monitoring progress.
