- Minimum: 10 years of experience in Operations Research, with a demonstrated track record of executing complex simulations and analyses. Proficiency in Python, C++, Matlab, and Full System Simulation.
- Strong understanding of missile systems and their operational dynamics.
- Preferred: 12+ years prior experience in the defense or aerospace industry. Published research or technical contributions in the field of Operations Research or related disciplines
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Preferred: Master's or Ph.D. in Missile Design, Engineering, or a related field
