- Technical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the FPGA design team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor junior engineers, facilitate knowledge transfer, and promote professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system-level requirements and constraints. Take responsibility for project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to meet project deadlines and milestones
- Ensure that FPGA design projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to upper management and stakeholders.

- FPGA Design and Development
- Develop and design FPGA-based digital logic circuits to meet project specifications and requirements.
- Generation of specification for FPGA systems and sub-systems
- Utilize hardware description languages (HDLs) such as VHDL or Verilog to create FPGA designs.
- Implement complex algorithms and signal processing functions on FPGAs.
- Design of FPGA algorithms and related solutions on VIVADO and VHDL.
- Creates codes and coding procedures to achieve implementation of FPGA solutions.
