- Strategically contribute across accounts, elevate the strategic thinking of all team members (including clients)
- Schedule and contribute to various client meetings to position Provenir solutions adding subject matter expert knowledge.
- Drive successful engagements that cover all the client’s customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
- Identify design and configuration deviation from best practices to then align a client’s business strategy and objectives with an enabling Provenir solution.
- Manage and maintain effective relationships with various key stakeholders to recommend resolutions as per client requirements.
