- Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in the Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas industry, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC region
- Candidates with Masters in Structural Engineering are preferred
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position in a mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, managing team of Specialists, Senior Engineers and Engineers
- Expert in using structural software such as SACS, STAAD Pro, Intermediate knowledge on FEM software like ANSYS & FEMAP, review software like TEKLA & NAVIS and conversant in mathematical tools like Mathcad and MS Excel
- Familiar with International codes and standards like API, AISC, ISO, EN1993 (EURO), BS, ABS and DNVGL. Also conversant of ADNOC design standards
- Able to communicate in English both in verbally and writing with other disciplines & multinational work forces in effective manner
