Overview

Project Management for Application development in the Banking domain (Foreign remittance).

Job Descriptions

• Lead, plan, and manage assigned projects within the business group, according to organizational and project goals, such as budget, timelines, and quality, to ensure successful achievement of project objectives and
  
• Adapt and implement project methodologies, processes, documentation, tools, and measurements about project
  
• Create project specifications, and schedules as well as planning and securing of resource
  
• Provide progress updates on assigned tasks for all projects in the project meetings, as well as technical guidance on operating
  
• Ensure that projects performed are in compliance with Company s ISO quality standards and project management
  
• Ensure all Service Requests and assigned projects tasks are completed as per agreed
  
• Play an active supporting role in the development of the project office within the customer s environment to achieve defined functions and

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or its
  
• At least 8 years of related experience in the IT Infrastructure System Integration (SI) industry, specifically in the Project Management of medium to large
  
• At least 5 years of experience in system development in Banking
  
• In-depth knowledge of Foreign remittance (Experience of the area as BA is preferred)
  
• Knowledge of project management software tools ( Excel, MS Project, JIRA) and techniques is a
  
• Experience in Mission Critical Systems with a proven ability to work in large
  
• Basic knowledge of the Banking domain in Singapore ( MAS regulation)
  
• Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate the project team in project
  
• Effective influencing, organizational and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills and ability to interact with all
  
• Strong presentation skills and ability to write
  
• Good communication skills in English
