Job Description

- Focal point for the company in relation to Client and Sub-Contractors.
- Establish Maintenance strategy such as Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance of Equipment
- Thorough knowledge of preservation requirements of static and rotating equipment.
- Thorough knowledge of preservation requirements of Control Panels, Junction Boxes and Electrical Wiring Systems
- Familiar with short and long term storage requirements
- Organize and check routine maintenance and repair works of construction oil equipment
- Organize and check daily repair jobs of special tools and main inventory where needed
- Ensure compliance to Project Quality requirements
- Sharing progress reports with the project office and attend project meetings
- Man-management of Sub-Contractors.
