Presales Solutions Engineer

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related, preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• 5-7 + years of relevant experience.
• Product-specific design experience
• Experience with manufacturer design and reporting tools
• 3-5 years or more of sales engineering experience, with a track record of successful customer interactions

Other Qualifications, Skills & Certifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of any of the following:
• NEC Studio
• Avaya A1S
• Cisco CCW
• Mitel CPQ
• Advanced understanding of TCP/IP/LAN/WAN Protocols preferred; entry level understanding required.
• NEC, Mitel, Cisco, Avaya, Unify or other UC platform Technical Sales Certifications are highly desired
