- 3+ years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales Engineering/Solutions Architecture, including heavy Technical Writing capabilities
- Extensive experience collaborating with customers and sales teams, identifying gaps within their tech/product offerings and outlining solutions
- Extensive experience with Pre-Sales Process Documentation/Process Engineering and Continual Improvement
- Extensive experience utilizing templates/workbooks to outline and document the process, as well as identifying areas to automate this
