As a Prep Cook you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen team by preparing ingredients assisting with basic cooking tasks and ensuring that all food items are prepped and ready for service. Your attention to detail culinary skills and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment will contribute to the success of our culinary operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking including chopping vegetables marinating meats and preparing sauces.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Support chefs and other kitchen staff in food preparation tasks.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred.
