- Identify maintenance priorities and handle Maintenance and Engineering departments’ repairs.
- Support department activities as part of larger Power and Recovery team.
- Develop, check and manage data.
- Observe, interpret and suggest.
- Understand electric system components and activities.
- Contact personnel and departments to resolve issues.
- Increase industry standards, developments and technology knowledge.
- Lead smaller project initiatives.
- Enable improvement by documenting process areas.
- Administer construction contracts.
- Develop and construct new substations and modifications.
