Responsibilities:
As a Post Contract Quantity Surveyor for our infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of the construction contracts. Your responsibilities will include:
Post-Contract Management:
- Oversee and manage all post-contract quantity surveying activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely measurement and valuation of variations.
- Prepare and review payment applications, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
Cost Control:
- Implement and maintain robust cost control procedures.
- Monitor project costs against budgets and advise on cost-saving measures.
