Policy Management Specialist for UAE

VAM Systems is currently looking for Policy Management Specialist for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Law Finance Business Administration or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in policy formulation and documentation within the banking industry in the UAE.Deep understanding of UAE banking regulations and compliance requirements.Proven ability to analyse and interpret legislative and regulatory texts.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.Strong organizational and project management skills.Skills:Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong research analytical and problemsolving skills.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with policy owners to review revise and renew expired banking policies.Ensure all policy documents comply with UAE banking regulations and international best practices.3Analyze and interpret regulatory changes and incorporate them into policy documents.Provide expert guidance on policy formulation structure and content.Facilitate effective communication between policy owners regulatory bodies and stakeholders.Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the banks products services and operational processes.Assist in the development of training materials related to new or updated policies.Ensure consistency and coherence across all policy documents.Participate in policyrelated meetings and provide expert recommendations.Terms and conditionsJoining time frame: (15 30 days)The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in UAE.Should you be interested in this opportunity please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest at
