Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Operational Standards for P&O Maritime Logistics.
• Manage the implementation of the Operational Standards in the Division.
• Develop, implement and maintain Divisional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Establish Divisional operational procedures.
• Provide advice and guidance to Business Units to improve performance.
• Assist in the implementation of an Integrated Operational Management scheme.
