- You’ll be making sure that all the equipment in the building functions all the time and, if it doesn’t, that it’s quickly put right
- You’ll be fully aware of the maintenance request procedure and ensure that it is followed and carried out at all times.
- You’ll perform and clean all system concerning sewage, storm water, grease traps etc.
- You’ll repair and control of domestic water tank and system.
- You’ll maintain all sanitary fixtures in wash basins, bidets, and bath tubs, toilets, and all associated fittings of the hotel.
- You’ll control on temperature and flow of water in all system of the hotel and schedules for cleaning repair and change.
- You’ll cooperate with other Engineering team members in detention of failures in plumbing systems and function set-up.
- You’ll schedule and control shut of valves in case of emergencies.
- You’ll repair all hydraulic systems.
- You’ll control water consumption, avoiding waste due to leaking or broken valves.
