- Provides oversight and guidance in administering contractor’s claims including extension of time for delay and quantum matters.
- Provide support to the Commercial department in relation to all aspects of t im e management, claims management, and dispute resolution.
- Interface, coordination and communication with the Proponent, Procurement, Contracts, Legal, Finance and other NEOM Stakeholders in relation to planning matters.
- Conducts periodic assessment on the current state of practice of the p lanning team. Inputs and supports the development and implementation of enhanced procedures and guidelines.
