- Develop and implement strategic manpower planning processes to meet the agencys recruitment objectives efficiently.
- Analyze workforce trends and forecasts to anticipate future recruitment needs ensuring alignment with the agencys goals.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand specific recruitment requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools to enhance recruitment planning accuracy and effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Liaise with external partners and stakeholders to ensure a consistent supply of highquality candidates.
- Oversee the maintenance and updating of recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and best practices in recruitment planning and execution.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the recruitment team enhancing their skills and capabilities in strategic planning.
- Continuously seek out and implement innovative recruitment planning techniques to maintain the agencys competitive edge in talent acquisition.
Mechanical Diploma or ITI course in mechanical engineering. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in pipeline fitting within the Oil & Gas sector. Work experience certificate is mandatory. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of LPG systems, tanks, valves, and fittings. Familiarity with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines in the Oil & Gas industry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Must be physically fit and able to work in potentially challenging conditions.
