Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Planning, oversaw and participating in the scheduling of workflow for each department and operations according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
• Ensures all parties are fully cognizant of production status, & that work planning and execution objectives are integrated & communicated.
• Resolves problems by utilizing acquired knowledge & analytical abilities.
• Working in close coordination with Quality control team in maintaining product quality objectives and ISO certification.
• Ensuring every operation meets shipping dates according to sales forecasts or as per Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) Schedule.
• Devising efficient supply chain management systems to ensure arrival of raw materials, delivery of goods / shipments as per committed timelines and costs.
• Analyzing and interpreting construction bills of material, specifications to determine the content and plan manageable work.
• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting performances to schedule production, production support activities by preparing monthly and weekly schedules.
• Manage budgets and ensure project deadlines are adequately met according to standards and requirements.
