- Leads and coordinates with the project management team in developing and approving Project Baseline plans, including resource and cost loading, and critical path analysis, using Primavera P6 software.
- Prepares project planning procedures, defining program requirements, levels of detail, formats, resource planning, progress assessment methods, reporting requirements, and frequency.
- Ensures timely collection of accurate updated information and its incorporation into the program, analyzing effects and highlighting adverse situations to the project manager.
- Incorporates changes to the scope of work into the program, histograms, and progress curves, analyzing their effects.
