Education and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields, such as civil engineering or architecture. An advanced degree such as a master's may be preferred in some cases.
Technical knowledge:
Experience in using specialized planning and design software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and others.
Strong knowledge of architectural and engineering design concepts.
Practical experience:
Practical experience in the field of planning and design, and previous experience in an engineering office or contracting company may be necessary.
