Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
Deep knowledge of the concepts of urban planning and urban development.
Ability to analyze geographic data and use it in urban planning.
Skills in using engineering design and analysis programs such as AutoCAD, GIS, etc.
Ability to prepare environmental, social and economic assessment reports for urban projects.
Knowledge of local and national legislation and regulations related to urban planning.
Ability to deal with different stakeholders and provide advice and guidance.
