Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications

• A graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant, with a focus on urgent care and outpatient medicine.
• Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, disease management, and medical ethics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
