Job Description:

Alpha Pharma a leading pharmaceutical company committed to providing innovative and highquality healthcare products seeks a highly motivated individual to join us as a Medical Representative. In this role youll be responsible for promoting and selling our products to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals including doctors pharmacists and hospital staff.
  • Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of Alpha Pharma products.
  • Generate new leads and identify potential customers through market research and networking.
  • Organize and conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and activities using our CRM system.
  • Attend conferences trade shows and other events to represent Alpha Pharma and network with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback from customers to the marketing and product development teams to improve products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Biomedical Sciences or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel 30% 40% extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
