Position Grade and

Reporting:

• Position: Pharmaceutical Data Analyst
• Grade: Entry level management
• Reports to: Head of Marketing & BD department

Responsibilities:

• Understand company goals and purposes to enhance performance continually.
• Collect clean and analyze all required internal and external data in appropriate templates.
• Regularly analyze data forecast and budget for managements requested tasks.
• Follow up on new product assessment and development requirements with stakeholders.
• Assist department head in evaluating daytoday business cases; research to identify new products markets and needs.
• Prepare and revise various agreements including NDAs License and supply dossier acquisition contracts.
• Collect and review comments on agreements from stakeholders.
• Maintain records of business cases forecasts revenue etc.
• Attend requested meetings at the manufacturing site.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience/track record as a Data Analyst or in a relevant role in Pharmaceutical and/or API companies.
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint.
• Market knowledge IQVIA Software awareness & experience.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Time management and planning skills.
• BSc/BA in Pharmacy Veterinary Medicine Science Business Administration Sales or relevant field
