Job Description
Req ID : 815784
- Receiving, planning, booking, processing, and monitoring execution of customer's inbound and outbound orders; and Distribution planning & execution
- Generate and maintain the following reports for the relevant customer (Plant Dispatch Report, Stock Receiving Report, Inbound Report, Port Shuttling Report, Customs Clearance plus Daily & Monthly KPIs Report & Staff Attendance Re-port).
- Troubleshooting and solving customer's issues and responding to customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with Local Procurement, Vendor Manager and Execution team for procurement, forecasting and daily operations.
- Assisting Hub Distribution Supervisor in daily execution of operations
- Arranging Empty Container inventory as per flow
- Report issues of Trucking Capacity, Storage capacity, people capacity, equipment capacity to direct supervisor.
- Engage actively in work improvement projects.
- Engage in new customers implementation projects.
