Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience as a Human Resource Business Partner or Human Resource Generalist.
- Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
- Experience coaching and mentoring others.
- Experience in human resources, people programs, or other large scale people related roles.
- Excellent consulting skills.
- Effective communication, consultation, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Client-service oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
