Role details :

• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
• The role will also include supporting employees and managers when it comes to matters related to salary payment, payroll tax, terms of employment, pension, and supplementary insurance
• Knowledge of employment conditions, labor legislation, labor relations, social insurance, tax laws and regulations and social services
• Demonstrable experience with automated personnel administration-, - information and payroll systems, preferably Beaufort/Gemal
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policy in the field of personnel and payroll administration
• Payroll experience in Netherlands region
• Dutch and English language proficient
