Job Description

Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to create patterns for Steel/ aluminum sand casting processes.
- Utilize hand and power tools, machinery, and equipment to shape, form, and finish patterns according to design requirements.
- Work closely with engineers and designers to develop and modify patterns to optimize casting processes and achieve desired outcomes.
- Perform quality checks on patterns to ensure accuracy, dimensional tolerance, and surface finish.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pattern design, construction, and functionality.
- Maintain pattern inventory and documentation, including updating records and logging changes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
