Role Description:
We are currently seeking a Campaign Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team.
The Campaign Marketing Specialist will implement and execute campaign programs that increase our sales pipeline. In this role, you will focus on both online and in-person events and will be involved in all aspects of content creation, email, landing page, and ad creation (working with our design team) to generate qualified leads for our sales team. You will create nurturing and trigger-based email campaigns in Hubspot, deliver targeted marketing messages to specific personas and optimize campaigns through ongoing testing and analysis.
We are looking for someone with a strong desire for growth who can take ownership of campaigns and create new opportunities. This high-profile and impactful role will report directly to the Head of Global Campaign Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop highly effective email campaigns, including but not limited to: email content, structure, guiding banner design creation, newsletter content and layout, emails for events (webinars, round tables, etc.), content syndication;
- Assist with content review for the Campaign Marketing team, including, but not limited to: reviewing/editing presentations, landing page content, email content, and ad content;
- Implement, test, and manage optimization for all emails and landing pages, including A/B testing, multivariate testing as needed, tracking and reporting on all email and landing page metrics;
- Work with internal sales teams to promote campaign activity;
- Continuously analyze data to optimize campaign activities, uncover insights & trends, and refine our campaign messaging;
- Deliver all related performance tracking about all campaign activities per event, weekly, monthly, and quarterly;
- Work inside of HubSpot for all emails and landing pages;
- Work with marketing operations to ensure all tracking requirements are in place for necessary performance reporting;
- Monitor campaign performance to identify areas for improvement based on data analysis.

Requirements :
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 1 year directly managing B2B email campaigns in HubSpot;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience in driving key metrics and daily activity;
- Exceptional time management and organization skills;
- Native/Fluent English is mandatory;
- Salesforce and design platform experience is preferred.
