- You perform legal research, compiles and summarizes data from such references as law case digests, practice manuals or other sources, regarding Commercial and business Law.
- You will maintain file system and drafts. May represent the attorney executing simple legal matters.
- You are conducting research and drafting legal memos or addressing specific questions in relation to various legal issues and relevant legislative updates.
- You are assisting in contract reviewing, proof-reading, including but not limited to NDAs and corporate agreements.
