About The Role

This position is best suited for a future trainee solicitor who requires employment before the start of their training contract. Other applicants are welcome to apply however please note there is no opportunity for a training contract. It is an exciting opportunity to experience the world of broadcast media and production, working with award winning-brands and network services. The role will include:

• Management of day to day administrative duties including diary and meeting management.
• Management of contract processes from initial instructions to signature/execution.
• Manage commercial databases and workflow systems.
• Point of contact for all queries relating to commercial database.
• Manage rights clearance documentation.
• Prepare contract summaries and presentations.
• Draft amendment letters, notices of change and first drafts of standard agreements.
• Provide support for the continuing compliance with GDPR.
• Raising purchase orders.
• Deal with copyright infringements on YouTube.
• Liaising with global legal teams.
