Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a paralegal role, preferably within a law firm.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge in legal research, legal documentation, case management, legal compliance, document review, and family law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in the use of legal software and technology for case management and legal research.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Certified Paralegal or equivalent certification is preferred.
