Packaging Personnel

• Prepare packaging materials, such as boxes, labels, and packing materials, for use in the packaging process.
• Package products according to specifications, including labeling, sealing, and wrapping as required.
• Inspect packaged products for quality and accuracy, ensuring that they meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and report any shortages or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area, including cleaning equipment and disposing of packaging waste properly.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including quality control measures and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
