- Develop and improve strategies and plans to improve the agency's performance on identified needs and objectives a Build the strategy
- Analyzing data to evaluate the company's performance in terms of the efficiency of the components of the operational structure
- Provide training and workshops for employees to raise awareness of the importance of institutional excellence and enhance the required skills
- Cooperate with various departments within the Secretariat to achieve improvements and exchange ideas and experiences
- Preparing periodic performance reports showing the progress of strategic indicators, improvement plans, and future recommendations.
