• To respect the privacy of the guests and the confidentiality of the information.
• To report any guest comment or complaint.
• To set up inventory and monitor supplies and other commodities upon guest requests.
• To fulfill administrative tasks, housekeeping office coordination and filing. • To respect key handling procedures.
• To read and update logbooks.
• To coordinate with all departments as per guests and operational needs. Qualifications:
• Service focused personality is essential
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
