Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon

We are recruiting French speakers for a position of a Back Office Assistant in

Responsibilities:

• Keep track of different records and files
• Administrative tasks around the office
• Assisting and supporting management

Requirements:

• native or C2 level of French
• intermediate level of English
• no previous experience is required
• Autonomous, with a great sense of organization and particularly at ease with office tools (especially Word and Excel), you are known for your interpersonal skills and your team
• Dynamic, reactive and organized, you know how to manage priorities and take
• Great analytical rigor and ability to take initiatives will be your assets to succeed in this

Working hours:

• from Monday to Friday from 8 to 5
• hybrid schedule
