Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional

• Execute troubleshooting and Bug-fixing of HCM Cloud Applications including data conversions, integrations, and reports using Oracle HCM Cloud technologies

• Helps business with fast formula and groovy scripting for HCM Cloud Applications managing the developers, customer resources, partners, and offshore teams as applicable

• Provides functional application guidance to business regarding “leading practices” and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation

• Assist with several applications/ tools like HCM Cloud Core HR, HCM Cloud Payroll, HCM Cloud Time & Labor, HCM Cloud Absence Management, HCM Cloud Benefits, and Oracle HCM HR Data Loader (HDL) and HSDL and PBL

• Testing and documenting all code changes which includes unit testing, component integration testing, system integration testing, performance testing, capacity testing and quality reviews
