- 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and BIP Reporting
- Experience in creating various reports and analytics through tools like Fusion OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Oracle BIP reports
- Hands-on experience in SQL and PL/SQL
- Excellent knowledge of HCM and HR domain
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues in reports and make improvements in report performance
