Project Management:
Plan coordinate and execute structural steel production projects in various sectors.
Ensure projects meet quality budget and timeline requirements.
Process Improvement:
Implement methodologies such as Kenzen Lean Six Sigma and other process
improvement techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all steel products meet industry standards codes and specifications.
Oversee quality control measures throughout the production process.
Training and Development:
Provide training and guidance to workers on the latest industry techniques safety
protocols and best practices in steel production.
Resource Management:
Efficiently allocate resources including manpower equipment and materials to meet
production targets while maintaining costeffectiveness.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with various departments suppliers and clients to ensure seamless project
execution.
Maintain effective communication channels. Promote client and stakeholder
communication:
Liaise with clients project managers and other stakeholders to provide
updates on production status and resolve issues
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations safety standards and environmental
guidelines in all production activities.
Problem Solving:
Address technical or logistical challenges that may arise during the production process
finding practical and costeffective solutions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of production activities.
Generate regular reports and provide updates to senior management or clients as
required.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Stay informed about industry trends market demands and competitor activities.
Use this information to inform strategic decisions.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks in production processes and implement measures to mitigate
them. Ensure a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of Exp in a Steel Industry.
Extensive Experience in Steel Production Managing Steel Factory Factory Expansion &
Steel Operations.
Commercial experience in managing tendering procurement and project management
Certification in process improvement methodologies (Kenzen Lean Six Sigma etc.) is a
plus.
Strong project management skills and certification (e.g. PMP) is desirable.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 15+ years of Exp in a Steel Industry. Extensive Experience in Steel Production, Managing Steel Factory, Factory Expansion & Steel Operations.
