Operations Manager

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency across daily operations.
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations including staff management, inventory control, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth functioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in operational processes and address any bottlenecks.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations to uphold organizational standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free facility environment at all times.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing guidance and support as necessary to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
• Conduct research to identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and cost reduction measures.
• Conduct training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in relevant areas.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support effective advertising for events and promotional activities.
• Monitor the overall progress of operational processes and provide regular updates to management, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed and escalated as necessary.
• Lead and organize various customer events such as birthday parties, camps, school trips, and corporate outings.
  

Requirements- Minimum 2 years managerial experience in Entertainment & Leisure.

• Experience with young children and families in recreational settings.
• Excellent English proficiency; bilingualism is a plus.
• Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.
