Responsibilities
• Intimate knowledge of projects on the shop floor
• Able to make critical decisions quickly and able to support the why
• Ability to recognize when an employee is struggling with a task and help correct before it becomes an issue
• Responsible for all Work in Progress
• Must have the ability to hold employees accountable to their functions
• Must have the ability to praise employees for a job well done
• Ability to identify nonconformance issues and design a plan to correct the issue
• Communicate with Sales team on a regular basis
