- Minimum 10 years’ experience of operational / supply chain management in a relevant sector, with a minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience.
- Demonstrable track record of establishing, managing and delivering large operational planning for projects
- Demonstrable track record of innovation in construction ie. offsite manufacture, contracting models, partnership or incentivization arrangements
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, demonstrating an ability to create, embed and develop corporate strategy
