About Our Client

A global FMCG manufacturer based in Dubai and a part of the IMEA team is seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Executive This role is integral to supporting their regional team in executing various Import Export Logistics operations and customer service activities.

Job Description

• Taking full responsibility for the endtoend Export Process which encompasses managing bookings clearance documentation and more.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service through Order Management covering Order Fulfillment Ontime Delivery and Product Freshness.
• Assisting the Operations Manager in managing relationships with key partners in the manufacturing partner network to ensure alignment of production inventory and procurement plans with sales activities.
• Supporting the Operations Manager in the periodic review of forecasts with the business team by market.
• Assisting with Inventory reconciliations across various source units.
• Aiding the Operations Manager in Invoice coding.
• Addressing daytoday unplanned or adhoc issues across all areas of the Supply Chain.
• Leading the Vendor and Customer Setup process which includes collecting all necessary documents.
• Managing POSM (Point of Sale Materials) inventory and dispatching them to relevant markets as required by the sales and marketing team.

The Successful Applicant

• 24 years of experience in Operations/ Logistics
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of manufacturing operations and costs preferably in the food and beverage industry and/or contract manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel
