Operations Environmental Health and Safety

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in environmental health and safety program management, project management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in managing EHS operations at multiple sites.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed.
• Responsibilities
  
• Identify, organize, and lead program activities and stakeholders to deliver business, operational, and technical improvements within the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) domain.
• Scope, phase, and lead ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational issues, including delivering downstream change management, alongside the stakeholder team.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for program initiatives, ensuring alignment with Google's overall EHS outlook and goals.
• Monitor and track program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans.
• Manage program budget and resources, maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in EHS.
