Miller Hospitality is seeking a 5 star Head Chef for a 4 star family run Hotel in Donegal.
Having temps in over the years the hotel is a beautiful area and atmosphere to work in, we are seeking someone to push the Hotel to excel further.
The Head Chef will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the hotel kitchen, ensuring maximum profitability, exceptional customer service and exceptional culinary standards. The Head Chef will be responsible for the management and coordination of the kitchen team and food service at all times.
This role will require close collaboration with the Operations & General Managers to ensure that the highest standard of customer service and culinary standards are achieved at all times.
The ideal applicant must have:

- Previous Experience Gained at a Similar Level within a High Quality Catering Operation
- NVQ Level 2 or the Equivalent in Food Preparation and Cooking
- Recognised Current Food Hygiene Certificate
- Flexibility to Work Various Shifts including Evenings and Weekends when Required
- At least 7 years in a previous head chef position is essential.
Sound knowledge of food safety regulations Physically fit and able to stand for entire shifts Time management skills
