Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the operation theatre, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to protocols.
Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to schedule surgeries and allocate resources effectively.
Monitor and maintain inventory of surgical supplies, equipment, and medication, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
