Onboarding and Offboarding Operations

Minimum qualifications:

• 11 years of experience in vendor management, process reengineering, program management.
• Experience implementing initiatives/projects in a change-oriented vendorized environment.
• Experience managing vendor operations and compliance in an extended workforce/scaled ecosystem.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in developing quantitative models, deriving insights, leading executive presentations and presenting them in a meaningful and simple manner to drive fact-based decision-making.
• Experience with google vendor operations including extended workforce to enable development of pragmatic action plans.
• Ability to manage scaled communications, feedback loops, and escalations channels.
• Ability to lead change management efforts by partnering with cross-functional partners and supplier’s leads to plan, communicate, and execute operational change and incorporate on the ground feedback real-time.
• Ability to lead escalation channels and oversee remediation of escalations related to improvement programs in real-time.
