Job Description -

Ø Understanding
& Management of MSIL SQA, VQS / QAV

Ø Understanding
of customer specific

Ø Management
of IATF16949:2016, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001

Ø Understanding
of 4M management at shop floor and requirement to maintain the same

Ø Abnormality
management, Skill development and Problem

Ø Implementation
and effective use of Core tools – APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA

Ø System
management – Setup, change over, Rejection control, Kaizen and Poka-yoke

Ø IQC
management and customer

Ø Capability
to drive Zero defect projects on shop

Ø Capable to understand
drawing / testing requirement and adherence part by part

Ø Should have
knowledge of calibration management

Ø MR data and
understanding of
