Our client is a leading marketing firm based in Dubai are looking to hire an experienced Office Manager.

What will you do

• Supervise and manage office support staff ensuring efficient and effective operation of office activities.
• Handle correspondence including emails letters and phone calls and respond promptly and professionally
• Maintain confidential files and records with utmost discretion
  
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure effective communication and workflow
• Undertake general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office
• Handle certain HR tasks

What are we looking for

• Min 2 3yrs experience as an Office Manager in the UAE.
• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Canva Asana
• Excellent Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
• Good planning and time management skills
  
• Uptodate with advancements in office gadgets and applications
• Good etiquette and presentable
• Position open to Native English speakers
• Available immediately to join
